Generelt
Vær opmærksom på at flyet skal behandles med særlig omhu - det er et halehjulsfly og det er beklædt med lærred.

• Tænk på hvor vinden kommer fra - parker altid med næsen i vinden.
• Træk og tryk kun på de få udvalgte steder hvor flyet kan tåle det.
  Når I er to: En trykker/trækker inderst på propellen, medens den anden styrer halen med håndtaget
  Når du er alene: Prøv at nøjes med at trække i propellen og rette halen ind med håndtaget på halen.
• Når flyet skal fremad kan du alternativt åbne døren og skubbe på strukturen inde i kabinen. Endeligt er det mulig, forsigtigt ,at skubbe/trække i de forreste stræbere. De bagerste stræbere må under ingen omstændigheder anvendes.

Punkt 1

1. Preheat engine (½ hr. < 10°C, 1 hr < 0°C)
2. Control stick, Check freedom of movement
3. Check Magnetos 'OFF'
4. Check fuel quantity on both fuel guages
5. Fuel valve 'ON' - pointing down
6. Inspect seat belts for condition
7. Secure rear seat belt and shoulder harness if not in use
8. Aerobatic flight: remove loose articles and equipment

Punkt 2

1. Drain right wing tank. Check fuel for water and sediments
2. Check wing root covers and greenhouse for sequrity
3. Check aileron for freedom of movement and security
4. Check condition and security of wing, wing tip and lights
5. Check condition and security of spade, struts and strut fittings

Punkt 3

1. Check right main wheel for proper inflation
2. Check brakes and lines for leakage and security
3. Check right fuel quantity and filler cap security
4. Check condition of door jettison mechanism

Punkt 4

1. Check oil level (fill when below 6) and secure dip stick.
2. Inspect engine compartment for general condition, fuel leaks, oil leaks etc.
3. Drain fuel from gascolator and check for leakage
4. Check windshield for cleanness
5. Check propeller for nicks and spinner for security
6. Pull engine through 21 blades
7. Check generator belt for pretension
8. Check air filter for cleanliness and security

Punkt 5

1. Check left main wheel for propeer inflation
2. Check brakes and lines for leakage and security
3. Check left fuel quantity and filler cap security
4. Inspect stall warning switch for freedom
5. Check pitot tube for stoppage

Punkt 6

1. Check condition and security of wing wingtip and lights
2. Check aileron for freedom of movement and security
3. Check condition and security of spades, struts and strut fittings
4. Check wing root cover for security
5. Drain left ving tank. Check fuel for water and sediment

Punkt 7

1. Drain fuel from aft fuselage drain. Check for water and sediment
2. Check static port
3. Inspect bottom of aircraft for general condition

Punkt 8

1. Check control surfaces for free movement and security
2. Check tailwheel security and inflation
3. Check condition and security of tail and tail wires
4. Check static port
